Terms & Policies

 

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY:

Payment is due at the time of service. No refunds are provided on products. Services not rendered can be refunded up to 30 days from the purchase date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Refunds will be made less a $30 processing fee.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

When you book with me your session time is reserved for you only. Roxa does not overbook in case of cancellations or rescheduled appointments.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY AND SHORT-NOTICE FEE:

Life can certainly bring the unexpected and I understand that sometimes cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is the best option. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with Manifest Balance, I need at least 24 hours notice. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel or reschedule, you will be charged a Short-Notice-Fee of the full session price unless we are able to fill that time slot with another client.

CHECK-IN:

Please be on time for our scheduled sessions. If you're running late for an appointment, do what you can to let me know. Send me an email or text message. If I don’t hear from you, I will wait for 15 minutes past your appointed time. If after 15 minutes I haven’t heard from you, the appointment will be considered cancelled and the Short-Notice-Fee applies. If you are late, your session will go for the time you have remaining. I will not go past your allotted time into another person's time.

OVER-TIME:

In general I will not go over your allotted time into another person’s time slot. However, I do recognize that extenuating circumstances arise and in some cases extra time is required. If we do need to go over your designated time in a session and I happen to have that time available, there is an additional charge of $35 for every 15 minutes outside of your original time slot.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES:

You, your time, and attention are valuable. During your sessions cell phones must either be turned off, put on airplane mode or a Do Not Disturb mode so that we are not disturbed.

Audio/video recording of sessions is not permitted without my written permission. If you do want to record an audio of the meditative part of the session, this can easily be arranged if you request it.

If you have a video session and have a technical issue that interrupts your session, and if it's because of an issue on Roxa’s end, Manifest Balance will not charge you for the lost time and will fulfill that time with you at another time. If your call is stopped or shortened because of a disruption on your end, such as as a phone or computer battery issue or an internet connectivity problem, dogs barking, etc, you will be expected to honor the financial agreement of your scheduled session time.

INSURANCE:

Insurance Coverage: Please note that I do not file with health insurance companies for hypnotherapy. However, it may be covered by your health insurance policy. When requested I will email you a receipt so you may submit a claim directly with your insurance company.

RIGHTS:

I, Roxa Goodey, reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment, session, reading, class, workshop, or service, at any time. I also reserve the right to refuse potential clients or let go of existing clients who are belligerent, abusive, inebriated, non-paying, provide fraudulent payments, late, disrespectful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise not a good fit.

My, Roxa Goodey’s/Manifest Balance’s, commitment to you is is to use my expertise to facilitate the changes that are mutually agreed upon as in your best interest, in the shortest amount of time possible.
